All sales are final, and each listing includes all the details about the piece, so please read carefully before ordering.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you purchased, I'll make it right! Just get in touch with me as soon as possible, and I'll arrange an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items ship within 5–6 business days to minimize trips to the post office.

• All US orders ship from Oregon, USA, via USPS after payment has cleared.

• A tracking numberwill be included in your shipping confirmation email.

• Mail theft is unfortunately common in the USA, so please ship to a secure address — like a PO box or your workplace. I'm not responsible for stolen packages; please choose the delivery confirmation option if you need it.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address at checkout.

• If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel at the post office, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

• If a package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact USPS directly for the fastest resolution.

• International orders require your full name, phone number, email, and complete address for customs forms. Without this information, I won't be able to ship your order.

• You are responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or fees your country may apply upon arrival. Please check your country's policies before ordering, as these fees can be significant.

• International orders ship via USPS or UPS, with UPS being the more secure and guaranteed option. Delivery times vary by country.

• Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost international packages shipped via USPS. Once your order leaves the USA, tracking becomes unreliable, and I have no way to verify whether a package was lost in transit or successfully delivered. I wish I could do more, but this is one of the limitations of international shipping!

• If a package is returned because it wasn't collected on time, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

All limited edition prints are signed and numbered, and I keep a detailed record of every print sold, including the edition number and the buyer. Please read the following policies carefully as they are specific to these releases.

• Signature Confirmation: I strongly recommend adding signature confirmation to your domestic order to prevent porch theft. If you choose to opt out of signature confirmation and your package is stolen, I am unable to issue a replacement because the edition is signed and numbered. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

• Damaged Prints: If your limited edition print arrives damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Because every numbered print is part of a limited edition, I will need to get it back or have you destroy the damaged print before I can issue a replacement. Please photograph the print cut or torn into smaller pieces and send me a clear photo as proof. Once I receive it, I will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

• Lost Prints: If your print hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please give it a little time to ensure the package isn't simply delayed before we file a claim. If the delivery service officially considers the package permanently lost, I will replace the print with one of the artist proofs. Please note that while I will cover the cost of the replacement print, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Please be aware that this only applies to packages lost by the mail carrier. I am not able to issue a replacement for prints lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, or for domestic orders where signature confirmation was declined and the package was stolen.

• International Shipping for Limited Edition Prints: Due to the nature of limited-edition prints, international orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited, which provides reliable, customs-cleared delivery within 2–5 business days. This ensures full tracking and a delivery notification upon arrival.

• Please note that international limited edition orders require additional documentation, including customs forms, an invoice with an accurate description of the item on company letterhead, and, depending on your country, a US certificate of origin. I will take care of preparing these documents, but please allow a little extra processing time.

• I highly recommend signing up for UPS My Choice (free!) — it gives you delivery notifications, estimated delivery times, the ability to choose a delivery window, and the option to sign for your package online.

With a few exceptions, I use recyclable materials made from 100% post-consumer waste. Please recycle your packaging! Some prints are packaged in a true cellophane clear sleeve to protect them during shipping. True cellophane is compostable and biodegradable — though I haven't personally tested this. The recommendation is to break it into smaller pieces and add it to your home compost for faster breakdown.

• Prints shipped within the USA are packed in heavy-duty envelopes.

• Prints shipped internationally travel in mailing tubes for extra protection during the longer transit time.

During busy holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. If you'd like your order to arrive in time for a specific date — like Christmas or a birthday — I suggest placing it at least 10 days in advance if you are in the USA. When in doubt, feel free to reach out!

All screens display colors differently depending on your device's settings and calibration, so the colors you see on your monitor may vary slightly from the final print. I put a lot of care into ensuring that every print is as true to the original artwork as possible, but please keep in mind that no print can ever be an exact replica of the original painting. Oil paint has a beautiful brilliance that cannot be reproduced on paper. What you receive will be a beautiful, high-quality reproduction of the piece.

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide — including your name, address, and email — is used solely to process and ship your order and will never be shared or sold to third parties. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, and I never have access to your payment details.

If you subscribe to the mailing list, your email address will be used exclusively to keep you up to date on exhibitions, new releases, limited editions, and shop news — nothing else.
