SHOP POLICIES
A Few Things to Know Before You Order
All sales are final, so please read the full policies before placing your order — and if you’re purchasing a limited edition print, that section is especially important. Items ship from Oregon, USA, within 5 business days via USPS or UPS, and a tracking number is always included (except for snail mail). Please choose a secure shipping address and double-check it at checkout, as I can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Shipping insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended — insured options allow us to file a claim in the event of loss or damage. International customers, please be aware that import taxes and fees may apply upon arrival. If you have any questions or special requests, don’t hesitate to reach out before ordering. I’m happy to help!
Thank you for supporting an artist! Please keep in mind that I’m a one-person small business doing everything myself, and these shop policies are a mutual agreement that protects us both.
POLICIES

All sales are final, and each listing includes all the details about the piece, so please read carefully before ordering.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you purchased, contact me within 30 days of the delivery date and I will do my best to resolve it through a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. Limited edition prints have specific limitations — please read that section for details. For information on damaged and lost packages, including how to file a claim, please see the Damaged and Lost Packages section below.
-
Note: This does not apply to snail mail, which ships without tracking and is therefore not eligible for carrier claims.
When your item leaves the studio, it is well packaged and in perfect condition. As a small business, I am not responsible for loss or damage caused by the mail carrier unless you select USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Worldwide Express at checkout — both services allow us to file a claim that covers the loss or damage. If you selected a different shipping option, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. International customers: You are always responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or duties your country may apply upon arrival. Please also read the International shipping section.
If your package arrives damaged: Take photos immediately — of the product, the internal packaging, and the external packaging — and save everything. If possible, photograph the package before opening it. Please contact me and send the photos as soon as possible so I can file a claim on your behalf.

Items ship within 5 business days from Oregon, USA.
USA orders ship via USPS. International orders ship via USPS or UPS Worldwide Express (recommended).
A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Snail mail ships via USPS First Class using stamps and does not include tracking.
Mail theft: Please ship to a secure address such as a PO box or workplace. Signature confirmation is available at checkout if you need it. I am not responsible for stolen packages.
Incorrect address at checkout: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an error at checkout. If the package is returned to me, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Carrier misdelivery: If the carrier delivers your package to the wrong address, please contact USPS or UPS directly for the fastest resolution.
Damage and loss: I am not responsible for damaged or lost packages unless you select USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Worldwide Express — both allow us to file a claim that covers the costs. If you selected a different shipping option, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. International customers: You are always responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or duties your country may apply upon arrival. Please also read the International shipping section below.

International orders require additional documentation, including customs forms and an invoice with an accurate description of the item. Depending on your country, a US certificate of origin may also be required. I will prepare all documents, but please allow a little extra processing time.
Please make sure your full name, phone number, and complete address are included at checkout — this information is required for customs forms, and without it I won’t be able to ship your order.
You are responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or duties your country may apply upon arrival. Please check your country’s import policies before ordering, as these fees can be significant and are outside my control.
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for international orders. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages unless you select USPS Ground Advantage (1–4 weeks) or UPS Worldwide Express (up to 12 days) — both allow us to file a claim that covers the costs. If you select a different shipping option, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
If a package is returned because it was not collected from the post office within the carrier’s holding window, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

All limited edition prints are signed and numbered, and I keep a detailed record of every print sold, including the edition number and the buyer. Because each print is part of a numbered edition, lost or damaged prints affect the integrity of the entire series — this is why these orders carry stricter policies than other items in the shop. Please read the following carefully before ordering.
Signature Confirmation: Signature confirmation is strongly recommended for limited edition prints. If you choose to opt out and your package is stolen, I am unable to issue a replacement because the print is signed and numbered and its loss affects the edition record. Please keep this in mind when choosing a shipping option.
Protection against loss and damage: I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages unless you select USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Worldwide Express at checkout — both allow us to file a claim that covers the costs. If you select a different shipping option, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. International customers: You are always responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or duties your country may apply upon arrival.
Damaged prints: If your limited edition print arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and follow the photo documentation steps outlined in the Damage section. Because every numbered print is part of a limited edition, I will need either the damaged print returned to me or photographic proof of its destruction before I can issue a replacement.
Lost prints: If your print hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please allow an additional 7 days to rule out a delay before contacting me. If the carrier officially declares the package lost, I will replace the print with an artist proof from the same edition, subject to availability. If no artist proofs are available, I will offer a full refund or an unsigned print of the same image — your choice. If the unsigned print is priced lower, the difference will be refunded. Please note that this only applies to packages lost by the carrier — I am not able to issue a replacement for prints lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, or for domestic orders where signature confirmation was declined and the package was stolen.
International shipping: UPS Worldwide Express is strongly recommended for international limited edition orders — it provides full tracking, customs clearance, and delivery notification. You can also sign up for UPS My Choice (free), which lets you set a delivery window, receive real-time notifications, and sign for your package online.

Snail mail is a simple, affordable way to receive my art in your mailbox — and is available to anyone in the world! Each piece ships as a standard letter via USPS First Class using stamps, which keeps costs low but comes with some limitations worth knowing before you order.
No tracking or insurance: Snail mail ships without tracking and isn't eligible for insurance, so once it leaves the studio, I have no way to follow its journey. Therefore, all snail mail sales are final — no refunds, replacements, or exchanges for loss, delay, or damage.
Delivery times: Domestic mail typically arrives within 1–2 weeks. International mail can take up to 12 weeks depending on your country and local postal service — and occasionally longer. Please be patient with it!
Condition upon arrival: This is real mail traveling through real postal systems. Expect your envelope to show some wear by the time it reaches you — a little crumpling, a stamp smudge, a crease. That's part of the snail mail experience, not a defect.
Shipping address: Please double-check your address at checkout. A wrong address means your mail is gone with no way to recover it.
Undeliverable mail: International mail that cannot be delivered is not always returned to the sender. If your mail is undeliverable, I may never know — and unfortunately I won't be able to resend it.
Snail mail is slow, imperfect, and a little unpredictable — that's exactly what makes it special. I'd love to send a little piece of art your way!

I use recyclable materials made from 100% post-consumer waste whenever possible. Please recycle your packaging! Some prints are packaged in a true cellophane sleeve — unlike plastic, true cellophane is compostable and biodegradable according to the manufacturer. To compost it at home, break it into smaller pieces for faster breakdown.
Prints ship flat inside heavy-duty cardboard envelopes with two backing boards for extra reinforcement.

During busy holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual for both USPS and UPS. Here are some general guidelines, though earlier is always better:
USA orders: Place your order at least 14 days before your target date during the holiday season. Please note that this is a general guideline — during peak periods, USPS delays are common and outside my control.
International orders: Allow at least 3–4 weeks during the holiday season, as customs processing times can vary significantly.
If you’re unsure whether your order will arrive in time, get in touch and I’ll give you a realistic estimate based on your location and the current shipping climate. Express shipping may be available — contact me before ordering.
I also observe some holidays throughout the year, during which the studio will be closed, and orders will not be processed. Any closures will be announced in advance on the shop and on social media.

All screens display colors differently depending on your device’s settings and calibration, so the colors you see on your screen may vary from the final print. I put a lot of care into ensuring that every print is as true to the original artwork as possible, but please keep in mind that no print can ever be an exact replica of the original — the richness and depth of traditional media simply cannot be fully reproduced on paper. What you receive will be a beautiful, high-quality reproduction of the piece.
