Leticia Gravitania is a multidisciplinary Mexican female artist who lives and works in Portland, Oregon, and Mexico City.

Surreal is often used to describe her work, but surrealism came from the unconscious, and Leticia's work comes from reality. Her work explores our society through the creation of characters and scenes that often mix reality with fantasy. Across her staged photographs, installations, sculptures, and paintings, which she also uses to talk about her personal experience, we can find alternative images of ourselves.

What is New

Thanks to a generous grant from the Regional Arts and Culture Council, Leticia will attend the Angel Academy in Florence.

The Angel Academy teaches the oil painting techniques used by the old masters that will be the base of a new body of work on the experience of living with undiagnosed ADHD.
